Bloomington Boosters Christmas Parade : This was the 11th year for the parade and party for the local kids. The Bloomington Community Boosters did a fine job, and Santa and Mrs Claus (played by Pete and Viola Hopkins) were the hit of the day! Rod Run to Oak Glen : Sunday Nov. 22,2009, in Oak Glen, Ca, Retro Rick and the Fabulous Radio Flyers hosted their Rod Run to Oak Glen, at the Parrish Farms. The day was breezy and gorgeous, and the show was well attended. More cars than expected were in attendance and the crowds were appreciative. Retro Rick was a great host and the live music was top notch! The crowds and participants really enjoyed the "Doo Wop in the Glen". I'm sure they all enjoyed the food ,as well. And don't forget it's APPLE season, with treats galore.

Classic Car Show for Life : The Pregnancy Resource Center and the Alpha Omega Motorsports Ministries held their 2nd Annual Classic Car Show for LIFE, on Saturday 11-14-09. It was a beautiful fall day at the location on E. Airport Dr. in San Bernardino,Ca. The show was small, but mighty, in it's representation by the attending cars, and the crowd was appreciative. The proceeds from the show go to support the efforts of the Pregnancy Resource Center to counsel women and help provide the resources needed for them to keep, and care for, their babies. Thank you to all of you for supporting this great cause.

E Street Cruisers Parade : Saturday, in San Bernardino, at the site of the original McDonalds and the Military Museum, The E St. Cruizers Car Club, hosted it's Veteran's Day Celebration and parade. Veterans Car Show 2009 : The 19th Annual Veteran's Car Show was held Sunday, 10-4-09, at the Jerry Pettis VA Hospital in Loma Linda, Ca. This is one of the largest shows in the Inland Empire. And what a venue. The grounds of the hospital make a beautiful backdrop for the cars and easy for the public to make sure they've seen them all. There were over 1100 of the finest cars and trucks around, and huge crowds to adore them. The proceeds from this show and it's sister show, the Pismo Beach Classic Car Show, go to benefit our country's real heros, our Veterans. Thank you for all your support.

Cruisin' For A Cure 2009 : This was the 10 year anniversary for the Cruisin' for a Cure Car Show, held at the Orange County Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa, Ca, on 9-26-09. This year's show was dedicated to Jim Poetker(Baker), the husband of "Crusin " President Debbie Baker, who ost his battle with Prostate Cqncer on March 27, 2009. The proceeds from this hugely successful show go to Prostate Cancer Research at the City of Hope. Get tested..Save your life!!! Cars, cars, and more cars covered the fairgrounds. It was magnificent. Bo Huff Rockabilly Rt 66 2009 : The 3rd Annual Bo Huff Rockabilly Route 66 Car Show was held on 9-19-09, at Nunez Park in San Bernardino,CA. Bo Huff, legendary car builder based in Utah, and the Honoree of the event, was in attendance and holding court throughout the day, to the delight of his adoring fans. Wyatt's Paint & Body, also in San Bernardino, are the presenters and organizers of this great show. Every year the Wyatt's team(it's a huge one) goes out of it's way to provide a wonderful alternative to the Rendevous, held on the same weekend. Their hospitality is unmatched and the show was amazing. The support for this show from the local car clubs and the public is evident in the huge turnout. Antlers & Hot Rods 9/5/09 : The 2nd Annual Antler's and Hot Rods Car Show, held in Fawnskin,Ca on 9-5-09, at the Moose Lodge, was a very successful event. We heard they only had 20 cars paricipating last year, but everyone must have gotten the word this year, because both sides of the street through downtown Fawnskin were lined with some beautiful cars and trucks. Bear Valley Cruisers hosted the event and the crowds were adoring. Speeds limits seemed to drop to zero as the through traffic enjoyed the show almost as much as those on foot. The Moose Lodge did a great job, although they ran out of hot dogs and hambugers and had to divert the hungry crowd to thier open pit BBQ. We're sure everyone is already looking forward to next year's event. The gallery should be complete by Wednesday evening. Farmer Boys/BushWhackers 9/2/09 : The Farmer Boys Restaurant and BushWhackers So Cal Car Club pull off a great cruise night every Thusday, on Bear Valley Rd. in Victorville. We made a quick trip through to take pics of the '56 Chevy before it makes it's debut in the movies, but this week seemed to belong to the Mustangs. We don't go every week and this was the best lineup of the classic ponies we have seen there. Very nice display, guys!

Farmer Boys/BushWhackers 8/27/09 : The BushWhackers Car Club So Cal, and Farmer Boys, on Bear Valley Rd. in Victorville, play host to this great event every Thursday night. There were 117 cars there this week. The diversity is amazing and makes for a wonderful time for spectators and fans. Jessie and Bryan Baxendale make great hosts and Farmer Boys makes great food. The meat will be provided, just bring a side dish and your drinks. These photos were taken at Wyatt's Paint & Body in San Bernardino, Ca. Wyatt's shop is the host for the annual Bo Huff Rockabilly Route 66 Car Show held this year on 9-19-09, at Nunez Park on 5th St. in San Bernardino, CA. Garden of Angels Charity Car Show at Yucaipa Regional Park : These beautiful cars and trucks were part of the Garden of Angels Charity Car Show held at Yucaipa Regional Park on Sunday, July 26, 2009. There were 176 registered vehicles on display, representing car clubs from all over So Cal. All proceeds from this event go to support the "Safe Surrender for Newborns" charity. Woodies on the Lake 2009 : All the photos in this gallery were taken June 6, 2009 during the 18th Annual Woodies on the Lake show, combined with the Lake Arrowhead Annual Wooden Boat show. The event was hosted by the Up-the-Hill Woodie Club and participants included members from the Santa Barbara Woodie Club and the So Cal Woodie Club. The boat show was hosted by the Antique & Classic Boat Society. There were many beautiful boats on display, however we were unable to photograph the majority due to the movement of the boats and the requirements of our photographic process.

SEMA Show 'n Shine Car Show at the Pasadena Convention Center : The Inaugural SEMA Show 'n Shine Car Show was held on 8-1-09 at the Convention Canter in Old Town Pasadena, Ca. Chip Foose was the Grand Marshall of the event, and was busy signing autographs while enjoying the show. SEMA Charities, Child Help Village in Beaumont, Ca and the Victory Junction Gang Camp were the recipients of the proceeds from this event, sponsored by Giovanna Wheels. The event also featured a Pinewood Derby Race. All of these 6 inch cars were decorated by the kids and signed by some of the biggest names in all forms of auto racing, as well as a host of other celebrities. Proceeds from the Ebay auction of these special cars will also go to the special kids supported by the SEMA Charities.
